I am an educator from Argentina, dedicated to helping others reach their fullest potential. After overcoming health challenges like hyperthyroidism and chronic pain through lifestyle changes, I’ve made it my mission to share these healing tools with you.
For over 20 years, I have taught Spanish at MiraCosta College, and more recently, have expanded into teaching Plant-Based Cooking, Yoga, and Stretching.
