- My mission is to help individuals the way yoga helped me. I would love to share what I learned and inspire others to practice a healthy lifestyle regardless of their age.
- I specialize in mature women (40 and up) with hormone, anxiety, and/or posture problems (or simply to enhance their well-being). Can work with any age or level.
- I practice and enjoy mostly Hatha and Yin yoga (including vinyasa, chair, flow, and restorative/stretching).
- I do not diagnose, replace doctors, or pretend to be a chiropractor.
- I look for body or mental imbalances and try my best to guide the individual to a balanced life.
- I do study each unique type of body, temperature, and lifestyle to customize a plan accordingly.
INDIVIDUAL MINDFUL YOGA PLAN
- An initial consultation will allow me to learn about the clients' habits, health issues, and imbalances.
- The customized yoga/stretching plan will consist of 10, 90 minutes sessions. Preferelly, will meet twice a week.
- After the initial plan is finished, clients can continue by themselves, book another 10-session plan, or book private lessons.
- The sessions may include: meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), nutrition suggestions, and yoga practice
- Sessions are held at the customer's home or at a park.
- Ultimate outcomes: Each individual will have a different goal, depending on their initial needs. Overall, we expect that after a daily practice of at least 15 minutes for 5 weeks, clients will increase mobility, lower anxiety, and feel more flexible.
- Groups of up to three people can work if all parties agree to share personal health information.
- Areas: I service from Downtown San Diego to Newport Beach, California. Some of the classes in the plan may be online via Zoom.
KARMA YOGA
Groups or individuals with monetary needs should not be deprived of the benefits of yoga. If you or someone you know needs my help, do not hesitate to contact me and we will arrange a plan.
